yeah, connecting your A/C to the CPU will do the job.

ppl dont do it because an A/C is way more expensive than real CPU cooling devices.

You could like put the tube behind the screen or rearrange the location of the desk altogether.
I am sure that wouldn't be a problem if the idea was actually useful !
