Well, I had started the free 30 day trial for this from newegg and forgot to cancel it so I ended up with a full year of it, and it is not worth it. At all. They claim two day shipping, I get 4-5 day shipping.
My latest purchase was completed thursday afternoon - the item did not ship until SATURDAY morning (what happened to friday, is friday no longer a business day?)
Estmated arrival date is Tuesday - why not Monday? Assuming it's two days from when the item ships, it should be Monday.
Anyone else have personal experience with this service? If I want to complain, do I complain to shoprunner, newegg, or UPS?

| Yea its a waste of time. I pay for 3 day shipping usually and have it next day.

I get free 3 day shipping (dunno why, maybe cause one of neweggs storage places are close?) and definitely get it within 3 days.

Yeah, I when I bought my laptop I paid for 2 day shipping and it didn't arrive until 5 days later.

| Bought 3 day shipping, added rush processing ($2.99) got it 2 days later. Maybe how far you are from CA effects it?

| I think there is a newegg place in my state. And there are 2 or 3 UPS plants. SO I get it next day granted I order by 10am or something.

Mine ships from a place in NJ, and I'm in Ohio - so the distance isn't that far at all, and even more so if I'm paying for a service that rushes the delivery.

Your stuff only ships from NJ? Most of my stuff ships from TN, but usually when it ships from TN it's more shipping which is odd because TN to OH is the same distance as NJ to OH..
