Read the contract extremely carefully and you may want to hire a lawyer
if there are parts of that contract that you don't understand.
Ask questions and lots of it as you want to protect your work and get the amount you deserve.

Looks like Studio 3 Rekords isn't a major record label with it's own site.
If you check on Google search Studio 3 Rekords.
All the address comes up are like
