I said fuck it to Uploadrz, and now I'm making File+. Going to make the engine a bit faster, get a professional artist, and I have a less cheap domain.

Again with this PHP nonsense. What exactly do use for the server-sided management/functionality?
I didn't say anything about PHP, I said HTML5. But either way you'll need PHP... or if you're bad at web programming, ASP.
And no, Flash is not as fast as HTML5. Not to mention it takes more time to download the Flash content and uses more resources to run it.
