I just want one that can run TF2 perfectly on low/mid graphics.

He didn't say perfectly, he said low/med.
I can run it on low with integrated, and it ran fine on my 10 year old p4 and geforce ti 1400 on low settings, and that shit's ancient.
I wouldn't recommend tf2 anymore though, it's gone to shit.

Fine to you is probably like 30 fps though, which is not fine at all. You shouldn't build a PC built on running TF2 btw, OP, because the new bullshit they add fucks up your FPS more and more by the day.

My last laptop had 512mb ram, 1.7ghz single core cpu, integrated graphics with 64mb shared memory

....and I played garry's mod on it.
