This is what we know (or think we know) about the Endermen so far:
They are able to pick up and move blocks.
They will stop moving when spotted, and will charge at you, using teleportation to go faster, once you look away.
It is heavily inspired by the slenderman, and the Weeping Angels form Doctor Who.
They are really damn scary. |

suggestions/ideas that have been given to Notch/Notch has;
When you go to sleep they should teleport to you(like normal monsters) but just stare at you instead of attacking you
They should not be hostile
Sometimes you would find weird structures or pyramids containing chests with random stuff in.(seemingly random)
If you attack one they go batshit like the zombie pigmen but else they do not attack you
They do not burn in daylight they don't exist
They walk along the edges of light from torches
They do not cross lava
