How do I cheat?

well i have been banned from voobly...that is a place in internet to play Age of Conqueors...i wan t to know how do disbanned my ip...i have fibertel that changes the ip sometimes...it could be in a few months..and i cant change the ip with execute cdm,ipconfig blabla...cant change it reseting router ...

Call your ISP and ask them for an IP address change - or use a proxy. Tor works well as well as HotSpotShield I think.

Some ISPs change your IP after your modem has been offline for ~24 hours

That is what Lucidity said.
It's worth a shot. Make sure you actually unplug the power connection from the wall socket.
