Lol summer reading. Well I'm sure going to enjoy college next year.
I got a lingual study plan with 4 languages on A niveau and every semester we're visiting a different country.
AFAIK we're going to Germany(Berlin), USA(Seattle) and Cuba(dunno where).

That's pretty cool actually. One more year of highschool surrounded by meatheaded retards then off to college. My year won't be as diverse as your's unfortunately. It's basically 4 or 5 maths a few introductory computer courses and the required language arts classes. After the 3rd year things open up for the last two. They have a co-op program where you get to work for a company like youtube, google, microsoft, other big names. And you work at full salary for a few months on actual company projects.

Nice. The first half year at my college there will be some stuff like that as well. On the introductory course you will form a "company" and develop a product. If it's good enough and people buy it you can actually earn money from it.

That's kinda how the final projects for my 5th year will be. You create a group being you're taking a major in software engineering, then you get commissioned by a company like kodak, goodrich, or other parts of the school like the engineering department to create a software package.
I think you can see some of the past projects here http://www.se.rit.edu/?q=node/132

Confused as to why it's a bad sponsor? Well because it's part of the US government.
The US government is 14 trillion USD indebted and the debt ceiling is 14.294trillion(taken from wikipedia).
As of January 2011, foreigners owned $4.45 trillion of U.S. debt, or approximately 47% of the debt held by the public of $9.49 trillion and 32% of the total debt of $14.1 trillion.
The largest holders were the central banks of China, Japan, and the United Kingdom.(also from wikipedia)
