The forum will of course stay up, but just different.
Of course, if someone feels like hosting a forum with gamehacks, go ahead and i'll redirect people asking questions to your site
Tip for why CEF was successful: No hacks deleted or hidden (private hack released? guess it's just not private anymore), everything publicly readable without having to register (google is your friend here), and passive moderating. (someone gets their feelings hurt? See if you can make them cry) _________________

I learned a lot about programming from this website and hacking games(when I was younger it was really fun). But now to see the sections that inspired me go down... This website isn't really as good as it used to be. With over 500 members online, down to just 20.
if you want an AE section just create your own forum or go here: http://cheatengine.freeforums.org/flash-games-f22.html
as for the forum: The purpose of the forum is to help people with using Cheat Engine, but not (online)game specific. Eventually the game specific sections will all be closed and/or moved to other websites (Hell, when activating accounts I often won't even activate those that found the site looking for AE gamehacks)
That is rather displeasing to read. But if your mind is set on that decision then I suppose we'll just have to deal with it. I don't fully understand your goals for this forum, there's only around up to 20 registered users on at a time these days. Wiping the other game sections from the forum would surely drive even more traffic away from this site. I'm assuming you just don't care for traffic/profit at this point.
This forum is what got me into Flash (animating) and programming in general, which may ultimately lead to my profession. And I've met a lot of great people here, then watched them all disappear. I miss working with those people and I miss the help I've received from them.
I've tried other forums but none of them feel the way CEF did.
I understand, but he clearly states his goal. This forum is about Cheat Engine, hence Cheat Engine Forum. Although Flash - specifically AE game cheating attracted a lot of traffic, it was never part of his goal.
I'm sure that if you want to you can create a popular forum for the same purpose, I don't know of Cris's forum is alive (I check there very rarely), but he used to have AE sections. What it comes down to in the end is that guys like you can exploit those games, but there's always a limit to when it's fun.
You should just keep in contact with people outside of the forum.
