I'm trying to get back in touch with cheat engine so I'm working on hacking a flash game. The only problem is, when I go to select the process and choose the browser, it shows one and naturally, I select it and attempt to hack. I've tried regularly and by multiplying with 8 and it wasn't working and I've watched multiple tutorials to make sure I'm doing it right. I check in the process list (long) and find that there are multiples of my browser and a lack of display what is on them. In the past, I remember seeing the browsers and which one was running what. This is happening both in mozilla and chrome. My question is, is there a way to display what each is running or how do I figure out which one to use as they have different addresses to the left of them.

instead of *8 try the flash custom variable type posted in the flash section
As for the process to pick, it's often the last one (the newest process is at the bottom) but if you have been browsing other sites after starting the game, (or you visted a flash site before playing the game) it can be a bit tricky.

I believe chrome has a command you can give to tell you the processid for it though. (no idea what it is)

i've actually just found a way to figure it out while going through the options. By clicking display proccess in task bar and going to windows list it displays the name. But I went to the correct process and everytime I do next scan it gives me 0 results found.

windowname may not be related to the process the game is running it
(e.g plugin-container.exe in firefox has no windows, but it is the process that handles the game)

also, if it's as3 use 4 bytes or double and do not multiply by 8
