Ok, first off, hi everyone, I'm new here and new to CE. So far I have already become a big fan, becoz up until now I had to go hunting for trainers and unlike in the good old times nowadays some sites ask paymet for trainers, which I would think are just for fun and should be free. But anyway, now that I have discoverd CE, the days of begging for trainers are over.
But now I have run into a problem... I have already done a search for it, but all I get are answers to much more complicated problems than mine. I think.
Anyway, here's what happened. I was playing Borderlands, GOTY ed. and everything was going fine, I have a table for it, very simple, with godmode and no reload. But then the hd I had the game on crashed and I installed it on another partition. First was v drive and the second w drive. Anyway, since that change when I activate the table Borderlands will crash.
The game was not on my primary drive, but the savegames etc. were, so I could continue from where I was, or so I was hoping, but now I don't want to go on without the cheats. Yep, I've played the games a few times already, was just rehashing it for fun, and I didn't want to put a whole lot of time into it. Anyway, what could be causing this crash, perhaps some residual leftovers from the earlier install in windows registry? Or some other problem I'm overlooking?
When the game crashes, I get a message that the file borderlands.exe cannot be found (not by CE but by the game itself, CE has no problem finding the proces).
Anyway, any ideas? It's just weird it worked flawlessly until I did a reinstall on another disk, but now it won't anymore. I have already tried it several times, with administrators rights etc. but to no avail...

is the game patched to the exact version as it was before you reinstalled the game ?

Ah, yes, stupid me. FAIL. I forgot to install the latest update. Sorry to have bothered you... and thanks for the help anyway!

some files are missing i guess , you should repair the game . or save it to another drive instead of "C"
