Yes, practice. But in all honesty when you want to improve your aim to a good level you have to actually think about it rather than just playing the game hoping it'll get better. You should just think 'am I flicking too much or am I track aiming?' etc/. Also you need to have a suitable sensitivity, not acceleration and some other shit.

mk, i dont think i have bad aim if thats the only thing im doing (like when playing osu) but in kf and tf2 i get very pressured and lose my concentration, because of how many things are going on
