Well, I just bought a $25 Visa Giftcard. But apparently, I can't use two cards per PayPal. So I'm selling it for $21 in PayPal. I'm on my iPhone, so I'll upload a pic when I get home tomorrow.

Why not just use the card itself?
You can just add $25 to your steam wallet or something.

I tried. I'm starting to think this is a problem with PayPal, because the Visa support said that PayPal didn't send a rejection. :/
