Hi all, my first post here!
I have been using Cheat Engine for pc games like Street Fighter 4 PC.
I want to use Cheat Engine to freeze the y position of a character in Street Fighter 4 PC but don't know how to find it out. Like when Ryu jumps he will stay on ground while doing his jump animation..........
Is it possible some experts here can help me out? Just some guide for me to get start..........
Thank you in advance!

In theory, you just need to jump, and keep searching for increased/decreased value. But I am not sure. I have seen games where Y is decreasing when you go higher. It may also happen that it has some protectionts etc because I remember this game is at least using Xlive for sure, so keep in mind to prepare for the issues with debugger and code injection. _________________

Thank you for you tip! I will give it a try!
And now a harder one:
Can Cheat Engine hide some on screen components like fighting game gauge bars??? If so then please give some tips.
Thanks again! |

Well guess you can kill some functions that are doing that, but you really need to learn how is the game working, which functions are displaying things and so on. I never bothered with such things. _________________
