| You're looking at it directly from the side. You can tell by multiple things(front bumper, fin, wheels) But you can see the back of the wheel well on the rear left tire to the driver. You shouldn't be able to.

It's a 2D cartoony thing. Most cartoon cars are like this.
Also, if you know anything about cars, that is not a front bumper, but a grill.

So most cartoon cars are disproportional? That's not nice...noone wants to drive a car like that.
And the part right under the grill is the front bumper, which is the part I was referring to.

| The A and C pillars are also not aligned. You should be able to visually extend a line from the A pillar at it's current angle and have it hit the center of the front tire. The back of the C pillar should intersect the center of the back tire when a verticle line is drawn from it.

| i'm not saying op is correct, just that your perceived image will differ depending on your distance from the object and the alignment you speak of does not necessarily hold

You are viewing it directly from the side though, and the pillar rules are the current industry standard if I remember correctly.
Not for concept cars obviously, but looking up "car profile" will give you numerous examples.

Are you debating the wheel well, or the pillars.
If it's the wheel well, in OP's pic, you see the wheels perfectly profile. no little bits of the other wheel behind them sticking out, they are perfectly "flat." In the picture you gave me, however, you can see the rear wheels, as well as the back of the wheel a bit. This is best seen in the rear wheel of your pic.
If you're debating the pillars, I can open up paint and draw the lines to show you, they actually do match for that car.
