How do I cheat?

I have right clicked [b]My Computer
I clicked deny access to every user option on the security tab.. then I restarted my laptop.
Now, I can't open a single program on my computer anymore. But I can still play music videos and use the internet. Problem is I can't open my main [b]Local Disk anymore. I can't access it.
any way to fix this problem?

I tried that but I can't even open the security tab because it denies me from accessing it. 
@xtremist, I tried that too, but it also denies me and it says error someting...

If on Windows Vista or XP spawn a shell as System. Open command prompt type

at <time + 1 minute> /interactive cmd.exe
|
This once the shell is open, open task manager and kill explorer. Then in your terminal type explorer.exe you should see yourself logged in as C$COMPUTERS NAME
If on Windows 7 this won't work.
