I'm done with it. They are coming now to pick it up. I'm not getting paid or anything, I was just trying to save someone some trouble, and it's turned out to be quite an annoyance. It's still under warranty at Best Buy, so they're going to take it to geek squad or whatever for repairs. I did run a graphics card stress test a few minutes ago, and it died in 2 seconds, so I'm thinking that's what it is, I have no way to confirm it, and they want their PC back. Anyway, thank you all for your help.
