Whenever I insert a Windows 7 disk and try to reformat, my mouse won't move at the Windows 7 screen or something, I can't remember. NO mouse, tried 3 different ones.

If it's a USB mouse try a regular 6-pin or whatever.
And also try tabbing/return.
