| Take 10 5 year olds, who each speak a different language, and put them in a commune living with each other for 20 years with no outside contact. See how their language develops. Do they learn everyone else's language, or do they come up with their own common pidgin language? |

I would make some variation of that
I'd put a christian, a catholic, a Muslim, a Buddhist, a Hindu, a Shinto and a Judist together and see if they kill each other, or finally believe religion is a scam |

I'm hoping that you realize that you can do this experiments with adults and thus you avoid the unnecessary casualties that would have resulted from civilized kids being thrown into a world without a figure to provide food, medical treatment, or shelter.

Personally, I like the concept of taking children while they're young and raising them in an environment outside of social influences of right and wrong, no moral standards to live by, no religions being taught, nothing of that sort, and just seeing what develops.

I dont get what the heck you're trying to say there.
But to clarify what I wrote:
You can get the same results, if not more effective, from adults who already know how to survive. Why waste your time taking chances with kids?

They could still communicate with each other. Especially at the 5 year level. A 5 year old is still very much learning his/her native language, and they are by no means masters of it at that age. Most of their communications at first would be through body language, postures, stances. Even today we read others subtle body language as much as we hear the words.

I imagined, liked, and wanted to trap a baby in an isolated sphere (to conduct experiments very similar to yours) until I read a wiki page that tells me I can't remove a baby's instinct until I get an instinct-free parent as well. Too troublesome, went for biochemistry instead.
