So I want to use the cheats from CE and put them into a trainer with Vb6. How do I do it? Thanks.

You're best off asking that in the programming section.

But in short: OpenProcess,toolhelp32snapshot, GetModule32first/next, readprocessmemory, writeprocessmemory

I strongly encourage you to look into a different programming language as well. VB6 was dropped from support years ago by Microsoft. There are a lot more advanced languages you can pickup and learn fairly easy as well.
