I need a .rez editor for modding a game i need it already extracted for use so i don't have to use winrar or winzip to open it. I will give you rep + and its very easy reputation so please post.

I think he actually means .rez those are Combat Arms files similar to the pak files of the quake series.

Using Google will find you plenty of links for this then if the game is Combat Arms like AhMunRa suggested. Most link to multiplayer cheat sites so I'm not going to link them here.
