I was using MediaMonkey and tried to remove the songs from the playlist.
It deleted them entirely.
So I looked up a way to recover them and came up with this.
http://www.recovering-deleted-files.net/
It's scanning for the deleted files right now.
I thinking it's working... But all the files that have been listed on the results are... well, not the music that have just been deleted.
I'm just going to wait until it's done scanning.
Am I doing this right?

Strange thing is that the files were somehow modified before they were created. Where did you find that laptop? You might be in possession of a time-machine, not just any old laptop.

My parents bought this laptop for me. Probably came from a local Best Buy or something.
Edit:
WOW I found the music. It was never deleted. Something moved it to the Videos folder.

Yeah, I did lol
Only Minecraft and Oblivion related files were in there.
But I've found them, so it's all good now.
I'm just going to continue letting this program run and see what it comes up with.
