Try using another disc to make sure it isn't just your dvd drive.

Just pull all the files off the cd and install it like that. Its probably your pc. My friend has this issue with street fighter 4 for pc. It installs on his but not his dads. Its probably you.

FIXED my DVD drive is broken so i use IDE harddrive for now.
