You have stereo mix set as default. Right click on the volume icon, select recording devices, and set the microphone to default.

unplug the mic, disable whichever mic is left in recording devices, plug other one back in, make sure its set as default
report results

try setting stereo mix as default, and go into the properties on both mics and set them to listen 100 dB. if you can hear yourself in the headset then the mic is working. if you cannot hear yourself either the mic or the mic port is broken.

like, if you set the mic to listen, then when you speak into it youll hear yourself through your headset.

Edit:
When i only plug the Mic jack in, Nothing comes up.
It's when i plug the green jack in, they appear, i dunno if that has too do with anything
