The order its listed in.
If you watch episode one haruhi says the wrong episode next which is the correct order, but a real weeaboo would watch it in the order it aired like i did.

Endless Eight is a fucking waste of time but watch it anyways.
if you don't have time to spare, watch the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 8th episode in the Endless Eight arc because that's all that really matters.
The rest of S2 is fine.
