| I dont plan to toss it aside even if I get the new 3DS. But heres what puzzled me. Its a chinese knock off but works 100% like OEM, but OEM is made in china.

You can trade in old versions of DS's to go to your purchase of a 3DS at gamestop

Yea but the old ds isnt worth jack crap at this point. lite/i/ixl is. And to be honest I cherish my old ds as the first console I bought with my own money.

well the DS lite is $50 off of 3DS, but the older one isnt. the original DS has a GBA slot and I like it being darker then brighter
so $50 off 3ds, and playing GBA games and DS games if i want too

Or you can buy a PSP, easily hack it, and play some of the best homebrew/emulators on a handheld that you've ever seen. Psx/N64 portable anyone?
Yeah, the normal games are good too I guess.
Ehhh. I have an original DS but I only keep it around for decoration.
