Is it just me, or can a-patcher users for MSN 2011 can not remove this??

You could remove it. If they didn't use obfuscation which would make it more difficult to find. What I would suggest is something like ResHack. It will allow you to modify stuff like that, at least that way you could create custom icons for your messenger.

I always hack my Xfire client to remove the add ticker.
