Edit: Update the waves will only be about six feet high at Hawaii

The entire west cost is under a tsunami warning / watch so yes, keep an eye out. If you live right on the shore, you may want to go more inward for safety just in case.

Damn I slept over the whole thing. Did anything happen in the USA too? 7 feet doesn't look to high though it would be enough for me to drown as I am a pathetic swimmer. Tsunami is a sure kill thing for me but there is nothing in my country. No earthquakes or tsunamis or volcanoes or tornados, deadly animals or whatevers at all. So it is pretty safe (from nature).

What i'm curious about is this:

Almost every 5 minutes, a freaking earthquake report appears, from near or out the east coast of Honshu.
Are they aftershocks?
