My main goal is to modify the time of day. I can do it, easily, as can nearly anyone else. My problem is that I hate having to rescan every time I open a different world, or start the game.

Ive tried using pointers and such to make a trainer, but after the game restarts, theyre ineffective.

Is it a java thing?

I have 4 separate times of day (dawn, midday, dusk, midnight) and after getting the values and addresses, I go through the steps to find the pointer, then I make a trainer that sets the time of day to the aforementioned times and freezes their values. This is just so I can have perpetual daylight, and if need be I can change to night.

well , if its an online game , u couldnt d that ( or could?) ill think this game is offline then .

firstly , it doesnt help if u only find the adresses of the scenario things(night, dawn, fall...)

if u have the adresses , and put into a trainer , for the first time might work , but , after u close the game and run again , it wont do anything , cuz its DMA ...

meaning the adresses chances , what u gotta do is to defeat the DMA , i think o CE have that( some ppl told it has but i sincerely never found)

That means the pointers aren't static.

I would suggest reading up on DMA and Code injections. That is better approach to solving the problem you're experiencing (DMA) than pointers. Google DMA and Code injection for tutorials or find them in these forums (im sure there will be tuts around).
