Not much really,
32-bit has a max of 2GB ram it can allocate and can not debug 64-bit applications
64-bit has a lot more than 2GB ram and can debug 64-bit applications
this extra allocation is especially useful when doing pointerscans

| den the normal cheat engine is able to debug 64 bit and hav how many GB?

not sure what you mean with 'normal' cheat engine. If you mean the 64-bit version the launcher picks when you're on a 64-bit os, then yes, it can debug 64-bit
around 64TB ram, but it depends on how big your harddisk is for the pagefile and how much ram you actually have

when i download cheat engine
there hav 3 types of cheat engine
1.cheat engine 6.0
2.cheat engiine 6.0 [32 bit]
3.cheat engine 6.0 [64 bit]
ohh ya and if i am a 32 bit os
i can or cant use the cheat engine 64 bit
if i can i cant debug 64 bit rite?

The default 'Cheat Engine 6.0.exe' is the launcher for Cheat Engine. It will automatically detect which version of Cheat Engine it should launch for your system.
The 64bit version of CE will not work on 32bit machines, you need to have a 64bit OS installed for it to work.
