How can I convert a video into GIF? I see some people, in their avatar images, having GIF files, but when I actually attempted to create one myself (by converting a short video), it turned out to be very bad quality/wouldn't work/other problems. So, what would CEF reccomend?

If you're using ATI, ATI Catalyst Control Center has a built-in converter somewhere.
If you're not using ATI, use Camtasia Studio's converter.

I've remember Microsoft had a free gif maker where you take a bunch of screen shots and it will do the rest for you.
