I'm sure they do, but no-one said all Churchs love god more then money; several churchs in the world are complete scams, and disregard the bible quite alot.

Religion has always been a belief in some form of entity, and there is usually a book about this religon to clear things up, and teach future members of said religon about how it all happened.

In legal aspects, almost anything can be a religion, you can even worship your pencil as a god and build a church for it.
