What are the bumping policies here?
When can someone bump their own topic/
I found nothing about it in the forum rules, but I don't want to be warned later for it.

Generally waiting more then 24 hours is preferred if your topic gets no attention. Don't bump it in the same day, you'll probably land up getting a warning or banned depending on how annoying you are being. There isn't really a global rule for bumping, most of the sections have their own rules based on what the moderators of the section prefer too, so be sure to read the stickies for rules in each section.
