Teacher was walking around my computer with some beeper thing and he found out that my computer was using a fuck ton of internet, and this is a school computer fyi. I was using a VPN so I could browse cef/other sites. I disconnected once he knew something was up, and tried uninstalling, don't know if it did but it hung at the "Windows is preparing to uninstall this application" for atleast 20 minutes, fuck vista.

My teacher mentioned his "network analyzer" so IDK. Is a VPN illegal?? Also I can just blame it on the kid in 2nd period, I have it 1st
