this is just pitiful. my laptop came with a cracked case, a single properly powered USB port (all other didnt work) and one of the 2 HDD's dont work. i send it back to dell to get it repaired, they send me back same laptop with:

- piece tape over the the crack
- same issue with usb
- defective hard drive completely removed
- and a new fucking powerbrick. but they only included one half of it so i need to grab a cable from an old PC

i have never been so disappoint in my life.

I had a battery under warranty with HP and it died, it had 1 week left and I asked for a replacement. They said search the hp support app on your desktop and test the battery. It said life cycles complete I said bullshit and it was out of warranty on the app. It supplies you with a warranty code. but not in real life they said sorry we cant give you a new battery with out the code, I said bullshit and I called a Lawyer because I have this new thing called prepaid legal that my Mother works for and I get free Lawyers. And got them involved but not too much. I contacted the Managers of the Tech office of HP help and support. and he brought it to the CEO who requested that I do not involve court and that he will graciously send me a new battery.

Long story short
-I got my fucking battery within one day over night shipping.
-And did not return my old one yet Rofl!
-Plus a letter from the CEO apologizing for his "employees mistakes" and "faulty software".
