Found the perfect item:
Afros

Buy them in the Falador party room from Party Pete for 50Gp each. They are trade-able but cannot be bought in the GE.

Sell them for 25K each and "buy" them for 500k each. To stop other people from also selling them; ask for only a specific color (There are 30-ish). This reduces the chance another person also has them and outsells you.

I sold 3 for 25K and2 for about 15K.
