Yes and no. I did run seven miles, but I did not wear a cotton shirt, since cotton is only worn by the poor. You might as well wear a cardboard box with 'broke' written on it.
Anyway, good for you, walking and running those miles. There's really no pride in walking though, so I'm curious as to how much of it you actually ran. Care to elaborate, so I can make witty but demeaning responses to it?

Ran 1 mile, walked half a mile, ran 1 mile, walked half a mile. So on and so forth.

Oh ok, so next time just rub your nipples with some vaseline or lube before running. Well sounds like that doesn't differ much from what you do on a usual friday night!
