I was looking at buying a Logitech surround sound system for my laptop. It shows that it has these ports:

I have a 3.5mm to 2 RCA adapter in my possession, but is it possible to obtain a 3.5mm to...whatever the other three ports are? I don't know what the top three ports are named, and I'm not finding anything on Monoprice...
If you are talking about your green black and yellow there, green is either front out or headphones, black is rear out, and yellow is center sub. Usually with color codes they stick to one standard.
This is the input on the surround sound system, not the output of his laptop.
A 3.5mm jack only has stereo output. Therefor you would need one for the front, one for the rear, and for higher fidelity, one for the bass.
Green = front
Black = rear
Yellow = sub
After all, it says "STEREO" and "6 CH". If you multiply 3 jacks by 2 channels each (left/right), you get 6 channels... otherwise known as 5.1 surround sound.
