It started off at $400 because it was an early upgrade but we wanted it cheaper. We went on about how we have all of their plans maxed out with U-verse and all that, how we spend over $200 monthly and have 5 phones on our line, and that we've been a customer for about 10 years. They said it would be illegal to sell it cheaper if the 2 year contract wasn't up yet but he still went forth with it. We had to get AppleCare, which will help seeing my old accessories are destroyed - the headphones and chargers - from my previous phone. Then we also got an Phone-FM transmitter as well as a car charger included, and they threw in an Otterbox. So we spent $200 on the phone and then with the accessories to "motivate the manager to haggle" made it around $300. Then we also went from a 12mbps line to an 18mbps line for $10 more a month. So either they bullshit you to get you to buy extra crap or we're the ones paying their "illegal" fine.

You can sell the phone, as long the second user don't use it on ATT ( UNLOCK IT YOU FAGGOT)then ATT can't do shit about it, since your IMEI aren't on ATT's list. protip: Appcare is scam, third party apple accessory only cost pennies.

Huh? Your argument has no value whatsoever. What does third party apple accessories have to do with anything? And it doesn't matter to me, I still got my phone for the lowest possible price plus free appcare basically.
