1. Reseat the RAM making sure they are fully inserted and in the proper seats if your board requires specific seating per-stick.
2. Check all jumpers on the motherboard and that they are fully contacting the pins and are properly seated as well.
3. Check the CMOS jumper and be sure its seating the proper position.
4. Check the CMOS battery that it's not dead.
If you have an onboard video port on the board, take out any extra video cards and try using the onboard port as well to see if the card is possibly dead or not seated properly too.
If you built the system, make sure you are using the plate that came with the motherboard that seats the ports in the back of the system.

RMA the motherboard, gpu, ram. Because if it doesn't beep or boot, you can't really specify the problem. The only thing you can do is RMA each part until you pin point which one it is. So like, RMA the GPU, and if it still doesn't post, you know it's not the gpu. RMA the motherboard, if it still doesn't post, you know it's not the Mobo'. etc etc etc
also:
Are you sure you didn't shock your parts? If you built on carpet, you most likely fucked up all your shit. And you don't need one of those shock wristband crap. All you need is to build on a glass/wood/metal setting and keep one hand mounted on the case so you're grounded. It could be shock damage. I don't know. Just a little guess. But if you built on a carpet, or did not touch the case BEFORE you touched the parts, most likely shock damage

You read the manual?
The ram has to be away from the CPU not near it.
Bent or broken pins counts a physical damage and there is no warranty for that.
Test the board outside of the case

test the board outside of the case first, then take out parts till you've stripped it to bare minimum required to post.
- unplug all usb, etc
- unplug the hd, the dvd burner
- make sure you have the cpu 4pin connected
- play with your ram a bit, only 1 stick in
