Avatars and Signatures:
You need 25 posts and need to be with CEF for over a week to get an avatar, and to post links in your signature.

When using an avatar or a signature make sure that it's decent.
Porn, page stretchers(or just overly big pictures), advertisements, etc... aren't allowed in avatars or signatures.
Doing so anyway will cause a permanent loss of avatar and/or signature abilities.

He got reset when they spammed the forum a while back. alot of dutchies got reset then.
