MS keynote demonstrated
-Xbox Kinect: Human as controller for games and other as well as voice command. There is also a Kinect Avatar to let users create a avatar of themselves as they socialize with others
-Win7 Phone: A few great features, but I skipped it as that lady looks a bit scary. One cool items is the camera button in which you can instantly take a snapshot even when the phone is locked. They added a bunch of games to it, but the graphics looks bland...
-Demo the next gen of Windows using Sandy Bridge and ARM.
Nvidia, Qualcomm, Texas Instruments all uses ARM based technology to run the next gen of Windows. Productivity softwares like Word, Excel, and financial: Quicken all have been recoded to run natively under ARM.
-New version of MS Surface

-Can't seem to find Intel CES keynote. Probably not available yet or
no Keynote this years as it's great to hear more about Sandy Bridge or what they got stock in the future.

-Gigabyte reveals its G1 gaming motherboard in direct competition to Asus ROG line up.
