and my monitor res is 1920x1080. And GTA SA goes full screen with a res of 800x600 and it looks really ugly. Is there any way to go into a
Windowed mode without mods?

It worked, kthx I wish it had higher res though :/ but it's way better ktxhbai

press enter when it shows the resolution you want
implying it wont look ugly on highest resolution

I don't believe adding the launch option '-windowed' would work with GTA SA, but try it.
