Uh one more question, what's the difference in my HHD, I used to have the WD Cavier Black, but I got the WD Cavier Green because it was the same price, but the Green one was bigger in size

What's a good GPU, for a 550W PSU, and a Athlon II 3.0 GHz Processor

The 5770 would be equal to like a GTS 450 (it takes a bit more power than two 5770s to make a gtx 460) so it would be best to get one of these, goes from most recommended to least.

I don't know if my PSU is compatible with Mobo

Ok, not bad build but that PSU is very bad option.

Go for Corsair TX/HX 650 at least and it will serve you for YEARS!

I guess you could deal with a GTS 450 or 5770.

Well as it stands in benchmarks the 5770 is better at stock performance,
but the one i selected is overclocked so it can probably bridge the frame gap. But if you want the 5770, go for it as
it is better at stock than the GTS 450 and im guessing that's why its a little bit more expensive.
And at other benchmarks i looked at the 450 did better in tessellation by one frame or so, but that's not a difference that's worth it. So the 5770 it is.
