>Baron Nashor can now be debuffed with non-disables (for example, poisons)

Roshan is more like the Dragon in LoL. Roshan can even be solo'd at level 1 if you're good enough at micro.. Baron can already be taken down at level 6 with your entire team as far as I know though. Even more so since you can switch between aggro. You just need someone with madreds bloodrazor.

New hero is going to be a sniper.

Here is the leaked skill set, not sure how true it is.

Code:

---All-Points Bulletin(Passive): Whenever an allied champion is slain, Caitlyn gains vision of the killer for a limited time.

Aimed Shot(Q): Caitlyn channels her shot, increasing damage and range over time. If the shot hits, Caitlyn can fire a second shot shortly after, but if it misses, Caitlyn is revealed to the enemy.[Caitlyn channels to take careful aim, gaining @Effect1Amount@% damage and 20 range per second charged. Caitlyn can cancel the charge at any time to reset Aimed Shot's cooldown.] [If Aimed Shot hits a target, it deals @Effect2Amount@ (+@CharTotalPhysical@) physical damage and Caitlyn can fire a single extra shot one second later with half of the bonus damage of the first. [If Aimed Shot misses on the first attack, Caitlyn is revealed to the enemy for 1 second.]

Bulletproof(W):Caitlyn passively resists projectile damage, and can actively double the resistance for a short time. While on cooldown, Caitlyn's movement speed is increased.[Caitlyn's bulletproof vest helps to protect her, reducing projectile damage by @Effect1Amount@%.][Caitlyn improves her defenses, doubling her projectile damage reduction to @Effect3Amount@%. While Bulletproof is on cooldown, Caitlyn's movement speed increases by @Effect2Amount@%.]

Authority of Law(E): Caitlyn fears an enemy for a short time and is immune to that enemy's debuffs for a time afterwards. If Caitlyn takes damage from her target during that time, her damage and defenses are improved.[Caitlyn flashes her badge at an enemy champion, causing them to panic in fear for 1 second. For @Effect1Amount@ seconds afterwards, Caitlyn is immune to her target's debuffs, and if Caitlyn takes damage from them during that time, she gains @Effect2Amount@ attack damage, armor and magic resistance.]

The Long Arm(Ultimate): Caitlyn channels for a period of time, then fires a high-speed bullet at a target, getting double the payoff if it kills.[Caitlyn readies her rifle, locking onto and tracking an enemy champion. After channeling for four seconds, Caitlyn fires a high-velocity shot at her target, passing through minions and dealing @Effect1Amount@ (+@CharTotalPhysical@) physical damage if it hits an enemy champion. If this shot deals a finishing blow, Caitlyn receives twice the victim's bounty in gold.]

Even easier with a Nasus on the team.

The new champion sounds like a police officer.

Sadly, yeah.

Would be nice with a new interesting mage.

I'd like to see a Female tank soon too. Not just because of the big boobies she's bound to have, but to represent that females also can take on the hits.

@Fantasy
Poppy

also, just went to experiment a little with a blitz item build, and had great results.
No, I'm not just starting to play him because he's free this week, I've had him for a while, just haven't done nearly this well with him.

I wouldn't say Poppy cuts it as a tank, really. She can be beefy, but no real tank abilities. Ofcourse her Passive, W, and R can all be used tankish .. But any day I'd prefer Amumu, Rammus or Shen. She is better off being an anticarry or burstdamage.

I see you're doing well with blitz, that's awesome. You barely see blitz played anymore.

Philosophers Stone really isn't a great item, you should try to exchange it with something else.

Poppy can play the role of a tank whether she builds it or not. Simply using her ult makes 4/5ths of the enemy's damage to her worthless(on top of that, her passive means she can't be bursted down), and her charge making her a good initiator. Though most people will obviously switch their focus to squishies, I'm pretty sure they'd do the same to any other tank.

Philosophers Stone works perfectly for me. It not only gives me a hand in terms of gold, but allows me to lane for as long as I want early game, making me a lot of money and racking me a lot of opportunities for kills. I really wasn't looking for criticism when I posted that picture, I'm completely fine with my current build but thank you anyways.

I wasn't saying she was unable to take on the role of a tank, I was just pointing out that I'd prefer a "real tank". I'd prefer Poppy as the anti-carry. In my opinion she's better used charging in for their squishies/carry, than to run around playing tank. She has an incredible damage output, and it's well spent on their squishies and/carries. It would be to waste her, if you played her as a tank, unless there's no-one else on the team capable of tanking, then you should of course go for the tank-build and playstyle.

Currently I'm not playing LoL that much. With all the Christmas stuff that needs to be taken care of, and my team kinda disbanded. Plus, Flash and Ignite really pisses me off.

Well, your opinion isn't necessarily the same as everyone elses. You asked for a female tank, and poppy can be played as one. Cho'Gath for example is best played as AP in my opinion being able to deal literally thousands of damage, but I'd still consider him a tank if he was built as one. Your "real tanks" you call, such as Shen, Rammus and Amumu can also be played as AP or offtanks.

True.

But Shen, Rammus, Cho'Gath and Amumu all have one thing in common: They're marked as tanks.

Poppy is not.

Not saying Riot is always right with the attributes they assign each champion, but just that they agree with me on this one, and that it's the way they're meant to be played be the developers. Not saying that playing different wont work.
