Ritalin is the worst with that. Ritalin literally makes me shake uncontrollably. I've never tried Adderall. I used to take Concerta, but that was only a little bit better than Ritalin. Currently I take Focalin, and while I have to take double the maximum dosage, it works great.


Although I don't eat anything. I'm 6' 130 lbs.
