I've sent 4 applications already, and no response in the past week. The tracker even says that I'm not getting one yet.
Unless they suddenly send me an email, I'm giving up.

Apparently they're determining who gets one with some crazy method. It's like, only one person per zipcode gets one, lowest address number per zipcode or something.
