As for PhysX vs Eyefinity. It's all up to you to decide what you want.
For PhysX you will need a Nvidia card and to some users they will buy 2nd Nvidia card just to handle PhysX.
For Eyefinity, you will need a at least one monitor with Display Port.
If you dont' have it, you will need a Active Display Port adapter and those cost like $100 | Thats what the 6800 series is for. Other wise its just the 5800 series again.

Not that it probably matters but that 460 is the SE version so it is different from the normal GTX 460. Notice there are less shaders and less CUDA cores.

| Just get a cheaper, stock-clocked card, it's almost a guarantee to hit 850/2000 @ 1.087v on all cards anyways.

Take look at the MSI cyclone 460.
the extra $1 is worth the lower temperature, lower noise, and overclocking headroom

What's your Power Supply Unit (PSU) wattage?
educationsXneweggXcom/tool/psucalc/indexXhtml
replace the X's with periods
Check the power requirement of your video card and what you have before ordering. Otherwise, you'll have trouble booting, computer freezing, hard drive failure, or even keeping the computer running.
