Here in the UK you can get a debit card from age ~11, hook it up to PayPal, and use it instantly rather than waiting obscene days to transfer. (Here a debit card acts just like a credit/charge card from the seller's point of view, unlike your fucked up US system.).

So, possible solutions.

1) Emigrate.
2) Bug a friend/parent to let you use their card or PayPal.
3) Buy one of those prepaid Visa gift card things.
4) Dunno about the US, but I've seen PayPal gift voucher cards in supermarkets here.

Here in the US paypal doesn't even take credit/debit cards anymore, only bank accounts.

Right which I would normally do except I can't get it today before the deal ends.
