I started when I was seven. I remember it was an old school macintosh, can't say specs since I didn't even understand what an operating system or penis was back then.

Also an old scool macintosh, they were called power pc's then.
150mb ram, 30gb hd, ahhhh, it was fun running warlock, system shock, travelrama...
nostalgia hard man, thanks for that.
Oh and I was like 4 or 5 when I started, computing runs in the family.

i used to play Oregon Trail a whole lot when I when i was in fourth grade.
I only really started using a computer when i was 13, then I started playing Mooplestory :3cc

My experience was in an after school program, and you are correct, it was still the power PC brand (the ones that came with the colored back and one button mouse. I would play a rolly polly game (you were a rolly polly and you had to get to the end of each level). Good times man, good times.

Aviar I'm talking way before those fancy iMacs, this shit was ancient.
the pc and monitor were seperate, both ugly gray.
they must have been made around 1990-1991.

I remember those too. Also the mac is just the one I remember the most. They were in our media lab. Everywhere else we had the old ugly gray ones, but we never got to use them (go figure).
